Most body care routines are assembled one product at a time. You find a cleanser, add a treatment, try an active, pick a moisturiser, then work out how everything fits together. What comes first, how often to use it, what belongs in the same routine, and what you actually need are decisions usually left to you.
Routine by design starts from the opposite direction.
We begin with the routine itself, then define the role each product should play within it. Every step needs a clear purpose. Every product needs a reason to be there. And the routine as a whole needs to make sense in real life, not just on paper.
The goal is not to create more steps. It is to remove unnecessary decisions and make the steps that matter easier to understand and easier to repeat.
Because a good formula is only part of the equation. If the routine is confusing, inconvenient or easy to forget, consistency becomes the problem.
Routine by design means making body care feel more intuitive from the start, so you spend less time figuring it out and more time simply using it.
